ABOUT US
Our aims are to:
- Encourage local authorities and landowners to preserve as much as possible of the remains of the railway.
- Record and conserve the remaining physical elements and memories.
- Mark the route of the railway using interpretation boards or other signage.
- Promote an awareness of the heritage of the WC&P Railway to the general public, and provide educational opportunities.
- Seek to re-instate some replica physical elements of the railway.
- Provide a focal point for people interested in the WC&PR.
